hmm also wenn das vorallem bei Filmen kommt, würd ich sagen das ist das OS. Lass mich Raten die Filme sind xvid/Divx und wenn du den Film anklickst will der explorer nen vorschaubild erstellen. Da aber Win XP so ne Datenausführungsverhinderung hat für schädliche Programme blockiert es den Divx/xvid codec und das Teil hängt sich auf - war bei mir auch schon so

@mekki mein jetziges sys hab ich von windows cd und (glaube ich) von lg brenner, jetzt zweifel ich?!?, will aber nicht noch mal testen, mein sys ist zz stabil genüg.

aber wohl werde ich mein lg (innerhalb von 14 tage rückgaberecht) zurückschicken.

@all kann jemand sagen, welche brenner stabil auf diesem board laufen (bitte nicht die teueren plextor)

bei mir steht es normal, als scsi ist deamontool-rom

this board has many problems with DVD LW`s . My LG DVD-ROM, RW, don`t work correctly. (Model:GWA-41668). There are many Users which had problems with DVD componets. I hope it is a problem with the VIA IDE Port, and it works with a new bios correctly. i have change my DVD LW from LG to Memorex and it Works fine.

(the MDT Ram was not the problem.)

hinsichtlich deines "Video-Vorschau-Explorer-Absturz-Problems" . Ich hatte mal das selbe Problem (aber nur bei avi´s). Installier mal den neuesten DivX codec und schau mal ob dein Problem dann weiterhin bestehtl. Bei mir hats geholfen

EDIT: So neusten DivX Codec installiert und jetzt läuft alles einwandfrei

Ich habe einen NEC Brenner und da geht alles ohne Probleme.

Hat jemand nun schon die Maße der Spannungswandler gemessen?
Weil ich habe überlegt meine Graka Ramkühler zu installieren aber ich weiß nicht, ob das viel bringt. Außerdem werden die ja so 70-80° C heiß und wenn dann das Wärmeleitpad (oder Klebeband) schmilzt und dann die Ramkühler in meinem PC rumfliegen - nein danke

Im sorry im not speaking in your own language aber mein Deutsch is nicht zu gut
I came to visit your forum cuz Tforce is not widely available in europe.. and not many information from users who owns it. But luckly in Germany it is/was available. IF you could answer for my few questions i'd be thankfull.
First what bothers me: (to owners) if you have the choice, Would you buy it again? or Any other (in close price range) like Asus P5B ? Im asking about power capabilities and compatibility isues.. (and also.. could you write most often problems that this mainboard has?)
Would it work for me? this is my comp :
E6600, 2gb Patriot LLK 667mhz,X1800GTO iceQ, are there any problems with Atis cards? or patriots memories? And last question how far E6600 i can go with..
If you mind bother and help i'll be greatfull.

Hi Stratos,
my english is not the best, but i'll try to answer some of your questions. the tforceboards mostly reach a higher fsb as the p5b non deluxe. If you want to get a pretty high fsb, so don't take it. biostar has made a goodjob with its board, but maybe you have read it, lg-drives might be incompatibel.
I dunno, if your patriotram will work.

I havent heard, that problems with ati cards are existing.

also ich hab hier micron 533(d9 glaub ich, schon eingebaut, kann nicht mehr gucken) bei mir erkannt sehr gut, geht bis 170-190, will aber nicht richtig testen, da andere 2gb kit micron gekauft hab und lieber paar tage warten und danach richtig testen

I am trying to answer your questions but my english is not really good
I've bought the P965 Deluxe and im quite happy with it. The Layout ist not as good as the P5B, but it's ok. I also have no problems with my hardware (look at my sig) and OC goes pretty well. If i had the chance to buy it again then i would do so.
I had to choose between the TForce and the Gigabyte DS4 and i took the biostar. A big point was the fact, that it was/is much cheaper than the Gigbyte (150€ to 118€). But at the moment it's not availible and many users buy the DS3/DS4 produced by Gigabyte.
But if their prices were the same, it would be a very hard decission

I just found out that everyone recommends chipset i975x for E6600 and i dont have too much cash for it ;/ do you think Tforce will be much worse? then some other motherboards with i975x.

I see that you dont write any serious issues/problems that been discovered during use of the Tforce so i guess its good..

Ds3,P5B and Tforce are actually in the same range.. and i would like to get maximum stability from my next platform would you pick again Tforce?

Maybe i'll pick DFI INFINITY 975X/G if it'll be available at moment of purchase Tforce/Ds3/P5B ...
oh i dont know ;/ my new comp gives me headache

Atm the infinity is in stock by a few shops. anandtech has tested it too.
I'm still waiting for my ds4.

hab mein lg wiederverkauft, da etwas kratzer wegen schrauber an der seite zusehen ist (1cm) und 3€ verlust gehabt

und kommt mein allendale nächsten dienstag mit meinem samsung sata brenner dazu 2gb 533 micron! werde nochmal berichten!

Ich habe gerade ein wenig mit dem 808er Bios gespeilt und siehe da, scheinbar ist der CL3 Bug bei DDR533 weg. Everest, CPUz und Memset bestätigen dies. Sehr schön.......

keine Ahnung. Vielleicht läuft irgendwas nicht stabil. Du kannst ja mal die Spannungen erhöhen und testen.

Ich kann zZ leider nicht am PC was machen weil meine X800GTO bei der RMA ist und ich keine Kohle habe mir eine neue zu kaufen für die Zeit.

die satas hängen an 1+2!!! PCi-€ ist fixed ,speicher habe ich extra auf 533 gestellt (ist XMS2 667) und die Spannungen sind OK!!was ist mit dem L3 Chache? Kann der deaktiviert werden?

an der L3-Cache Option habe ich noch nie was verändert. Was komischerweise bei mir den großen Sprung brachte, war das 808er BIOS. Vorher lief es mit meinem E6600 irgendwie nicht richtig rund. Manchmal nicht gebootet, das BIOS nur halb gecleart, Speichereinstellungen nicht richtig übernommen. Welche BIOS-Ver. hast Du denn schon ausprobiert ?

so,nun bin ich bei 400 angekommen,core läuft auf 1,47 laut everest!
Die Temps liegen bei

1CPU 2. Kern 55° alles unter Vollast Dual Prime + Encoden
Welcher wert ist entscheident und wiviel vcore kann der Conroe ab?
