Grundsätzlich sind alle LGA1155 Sandy-Bridge CPUs kompatibel zum ASUS P8Z77-V Deluxe. Wer jedoch seinen Prozzi möglichst weit übertakten möchte,
der kommt an einem Modell mit dem Zusatz "K" im Namen nicht vorbei. Denn auschliesslich diese lassen einen höheren "Turbomulti" zu. Modelle ohne "K"
besitzen einen festen maximalen "Turbomulti" und sind daher für OC ungeeignet, da der Referenztakt nur von 100MHz auf maximal 105-110MHz
erhöht werden kann (kommt sonst zu Instabilitäten!).

Beide zeigen bei mir eigentlich das gleiche Verhalten.

Asus Multi Core Enhancement deaktivieren, Turbo Mode manuell, alle Kerne auf Multi 40 stellen. Vcore auf Offset Mode, dann Minus (-) einstellen und ein Offset festlegen. Ich teste seit heute morgen mit -0,100v im Offset.

Wie heisst der Menüpunkt im BIOS (P8Z77-V) wo man auswählen kann dass das Board dieses XMP Profil einlesen und die Einstellungen verwenden soll??

Und diesbezüglich gleich noch eine Frage:

Wird dieses XMP Profil auch bei einer SandyBridge - CPU (i7 2700k) verwendet?? Der Speicher sind 2x 1600er Module von Corsair Venegance LP.

Sandy understützt normal ja nur bis 1333er RAM

Ja, meines ist ebenfalls "die einfache Hauptplatine Asus P8Z77-V". Mein Installationsmedium ist ein USB-Stick mit integriertem SP1.
Zwischendurch habe ich auch eine unveränderte DVD (ohne SP1) sowie eine "Windows 8 Consumer Preview"-DVD probiert - mit demselben Ergebnis

Hat irgendwer hier Windows im UEFI-Modus mit mehr als einer angeschlossenen HD/SSD auf einem Board dieser Serie installieren können?
Hat jemand ähnliche Probleme, oder bin ich ein Einzelfall?

Mal eine Frage:

Ich habe auf verschiedenen Websites und auch auf Youtube gelesen bzw gesehen,

dass bei der Installation einer SSD Platte IMMER die HDs abgezogen wurden. Und erst nachdem Windows installiert wurde wieder angeschlossen werden.

Ich weiss jetzt nicht ob das für Deine Probleme relevant ist.

Für den Multi vielleicht, aber du wolltest doch wissen, wie du die Spannung runtersetzen kannst. Das machst du eben am besten über die Offset-Steuerung.

Naja mein 3770k läuft mit 4.5 ghz auch ohne an VCIIO zu ändern gut.

Ok, der "Volate Regulator" ist auch anders aber das sagt mir leider gar nichts.
Ist der Aufpreis gerechtfertigt wegen dem anderen IO-Shield und den Voltage Regulators? Die USB 3.0 Ports reichen mir alle mal.

So, ich konnte das Mysterium nach langem Hin und Her nun lüften.

Ich hatte meine zusätzlichen HD's folgendermaßen partioniert:

1. Partition primär, 2. Partition als logisches LW in einer erweiterten Partition.

Diese 2. Partition vertrug sich offenbar nicht mit der GPT-System-Platte bzw. dem Bootloader der UEFI-Installation von Windows 7.

Nachdem ich die erweiterten Partitionen ebenfalls in primäre umkonventiert hatte, lief alles wie am Schnürchen.

Keinen Plan, warum und wieso das so ist (oder vielleicht nur bei mir so war), im Net habe ich keine Hinweise auf eine derartige "Unverträglichkeit" finden können.

Ich hoffe aber, Usern mit ähnlichem Problem mit diesem Hinweis geholfen zu haben.

Ein herzliches Hallo erstmal an die Community!

Ich habe folgendes Problem:

Bei mir läßt sich Win 7 64bit anscheinend nicht im UEFI-Modus installieren bzw. starten, sobald ich mehr als nur die Systemplatte (Samsung SSD 830) an den SATA-Controller hänge.

Mit nur der SSD funktioniert alles reibunglos.
Hängen mehr Platten im System kann ich die UEFI-Installation zwar starten, diese läuft dann auch normal bis zum ersten Neustart.
Da kommt dann eine Fehlermeldung vom "Windows Start Manager": Fehler beim Start von Windows.... Status: 0xc000225 Info: Unerwarteter Fehler
Wenn ich nun die anderen HD's abhänge, startet Windows wieder normal und installiert zu Ende.
Sobald ich dann aber wieder eine Platte dazuhänge , kommt wieder obige Fehlermeldung bzw. auch "MBR Error 3 ... NTLDR is missing...

Eine herkömmiche Installation (also nicht UEFI) funktioniert auch mit allen angeschlossenen Platten, ebenso wie der normale Betrieb.

Das BIOS-Update auf 1015 brachte leider auch keine Änderung. Die Platten werden auch immer im BIOS normal erkannt und gelistet.

Es sieht für mich so aus, als ob der UEFI Windows Loader (oder wie das nun genau heisst) nicht mehr weiß, wovon er das BS laden soll, sobald mehr als nur eine SSD/HD vorhanden ist.
Angeschlossene USB-Sticks oder eingelegte optische Medien sind hingegen kein Problem.

Hat jemand eine ähnliche Konstellation und derartiges festgestellt? Oder noch besser, weiß jemand Rat bzw. Abhilfe?
Kann es sein, daß der SATA-Controller am MB defekt ist? Aber warum funktioniert er dann beim normalen Win und nur im UEFI-Modus nicht?

Würde mich über Eure Tipps und Hilfe freuen.

Ich hab den weder hier im Thread noch bei ASUS als kompatibel zum Board gesehen. Gehe ich da ein Risiko ein? Oder nur wenn man die Standard-Spezifikationen zum OC verlässt?


Außerdem will ich den Prolimatech Genesis als CPU Kühler drauf machen, der soll ja laut erster Seite dieses Sammeltreads gut aufs Board passen.

Hier im Kaufberatungs/PC-Zusammenstellungsthread hab ich aufgeführt was ich mir derzeit vorstelle.


@Stevie12: Super Hinweis, Danke, bei meinen vielen Platten die ich später rüber auf den neuen PC nehmen will, könnte die von Dir genannte Partition da auch vorkommen.

In welche Richtung blasen denn jeweils die Lüfter? Beide in Richtung der Kühlrippen? Oder saugen die die Wärme aus den Kühlrippen raus?

@Unicorn. Ich hab jetzt zufällig auf der Crucial Webpage gesehen, dass (zumindest von Crucial) der RAM (Crucial Ballistix Sport DIMM Kit 16GB PC3-12800U CL9-9-9-24)(DDR3-1600)"uneingeschränkt empfohlen" fürs -Deluxe wird.
Ich denke ich werds riskieren und ihn bei Reichelt für 117,50 bestellen.

Hab ein ganz komischen Fehler. Wenn ich nach längerer Zeit zocken Battlefield beende kann ich als nicht surfen. Die Verbindung stockt und hakt. auch verschwindet die Maus ganz kurz. Was ist den da los?

Die Lüfter pusten beide durch den Finnen, also der eine hinten raus zum ausblasenden Gehäuselüfter und der andere runter auf RAM und Board-Komponenten.

Nutzt du den Ethernet-Port oder WLAN? Welche Netzwerktreiber setzt hast du installiert? Die Treiber vielleicht mal aktualisieren.

Setze auf meine DLINK DWA 140 Boost Ranger. Ist ein WLAN-Stick den ich mit der aktuellsten Treiber-Version betreibe. Das komische ist das der Fehler nur auftritt wenn ich BF3 mal wieder die Zeit vergessen habe und nach stundenlangen Zocken aus dem Games rausgehe.
