Grundsätzlich sind alle LGA1155 Sandy-Bridge CPUs kompatibel zum ASUS P8Z77-V Deluxe. Wer jedoch seinen Prozzi möglichst weit übertakten möchte,
der kommt an einem Modell mit dem Zusatz "K" im Namen nicht vorbei. Denn auschliesslich diese lassen einen höheren "Turbomulti" zu. Modelle ohne "K"
besitzen einen festen maximalen "Turbomulti" und sind daher für OC ungeeignet, da der Referenztakt nur von 100MHz auf maximal 105-110MHz
erhöht werden kann (kommt sonst zu Instabilitäten!).

Weitere kompatible Produkte für P8Z77-V Deluxe:

Thermalright True Spirit 140 (mitgelieferter Lüfter TY-140 endet montiert sogar noch vor dem 1. RAM-Slot, kann also "tief" montiert werden!) - der oberste PCIe x1 ist aber IMHO nur noch eingeschränkt nutzbar. Sehr kurze Karte wie USB3 passen - längere Karten kommen in den Kollisionsbereich des True Spirit.

Hallo,
ich habe auch ein Asus P8Z77- Pro und besagtes Lan Problem auch ich hatte schon selbst festgestellt das nach dem neustart des Modems das LAN eingebunden wird und ich ins internet kann.
hab hier aber noch das Speedport 701 von der Telekom am laufen (was aber wohl von der Hardware eine Fritzbox ist) nur besagte Energieoptionen hab ich dort nicht drin.
habe mir erstmal mit einer alten Netzwerkkarte zu helfen gewusst, ist aber keine Dauerlösung.
Allerdings wechsel ich im August den Provider und ich werd mir dann eh was Wlan N mässiges kaufen, wie und was weis ich noch nicht.

Wäre schon spannend, zu verstehen, warum dieses Problem auftritt, um dann ggf. andere Lösungen als neue Netzwerkhardware zu kaufen.
Ist es vll so, dass Motherboard und FritzBox so einen Sparmodus haben und wenn gerade beide inaktiv sind, finden die sich quasi nicht, weil keiner die Initiative ergreift?
 
Kennt jemand die Bedeutung des Q-Code 40? Er ist in der Anleitung nicht dokumentiert.

Wobei es sich momentan noch in Grenzen hält, beim P8Z77-V Deluxe sind die meisten Treiber der HP und CD noch identisch.
Aber gerade die LAN-Treiber (sowohl Intel als auch Realtek) neuer sind. Dann noch Intel USB3 und Intel Rapid Storage-Technologie, das war's dann schon.

ich habe das V Pro Board und bin gerade am testen. Bei mir werden in verschiedenen Tools unterschiedliche Temps angezeigt. BIOS ist Version 1015.

das ist vollkommen normal und welche Temperatur stimmt weis keiner denk ich mal, die Asus Software zeigt teilweise bis zu 10 Grad weniger an als zum Beispiel CoreTemp

Ich habe nun bei meinem P8Z77- V-Pro nach dreitägiger Recherche auch ein LAN-Problem herausgearbeitet: Der Download ist durchaus normal, nur der Upload ist nie höher als 120 kbit/s. Bei meinem parallel noch immer angeschlossenen Pentium 4 rennt auch der Upload mit 1 Mbit/s. Und endgültige Gewissheit, dass es sich um ein Mainboard-Problem handelt habe ich heute Abend herausgefunden: Auch bei Verbindung des Asus über einen WLan-Stick ist der Upload bei 1 MBit/s. Na mal schauen, was Asus dazu meint. *grummel*
 
So, gestern endlich Zeit (und Lust, nach dem mittlerweile 6 mal) gefunden mein Board auszubauen und kurz vor Ablauf der 2 Wochen wieder zurück zu schicken. Im Moment bin ich wirklich am überlegen ob ich mir das Board überhaupt nochmal hole, denn was mir als zweites geschickt wurde ist eigentlich schon übel. Die Anschlüsse haben dann natürlich richtig in die Backplane gepasst, beim Einbau hatte ich das erst garnicht gemerkt...

Und ja, sind irgendwelche billigen Antistatikhandschuhe. Hilft auf jeden Fall um nicht überall Finger Abdrücke zu haben :-)
 
Seit ein paar tagen habe ich mein neues System mit P8Z77-V und ein paar fragen dazu:

Wie flasht ihr euer Bios ? Hab noch 0704 drauf und würde gerne das 0906 flashen...

Problem ist das bei mir im EZ Flash 2 keine USB sticks erkannt werden. Im UEFI selber werden sie aber erkannt ?
Wenn ich die .CAP Datei direkt von ner Festplatte nehmen will kommt immer die meldung das es keine Bios datei ist (egal ob ich die Datei wie in der PDF beschrieben umbenenne oder nicht) .
Bin kurz davor es mit dem Windows Bios tool zu versuchen aber das ist mir fast zu unsicher ;)

Was noch komisch ist: wenn ich neu starte dauert es oft ca. 20 Sekunden länger bis überhaupt mal das erste Bild kommt (also das vom Asus Logo). Während dieser Zeit leuchtet die BOOT_DEVICE LED dauerhaft rot (was sie auch kurz tut wenn der neustart "normal" schnell funktioniert). Boot-SSD ist ne Crucial M4.

Ich habe die hoffnung das die Pause nach dem neustarten mit neuem BIOS vielleicht verschwindet.
 
du kannst das bios auch im Windows über die AI suite updaten, so hab ichs gemacht.
Klapt super, und falls was schieflaufen sollte kannste immernoch vom USB flashen.
Aber ich wüsste nicht was schiefgehen sollte.

Der PC kann z .B. abstürzen während des Flashvorgangs. Mittlerweile geht das so komfortabel über das UEFI das man die Windows Tools eigentlich nicht mehr braucht. die UEFI Datei auf den USB Stick kopieren, anstecken und im UEFI auf EZ Flash. Warum der Stick nicht erkannt wird liegt wahrscheinlich daran das du nicht FAT32 als Dateisystem hast. Stell die USB Sticks darauf mal um.

FAT 32 hatte einer der Sticks, der andere war NTFS. Egal habs jetzt mitm Windows tool gemacht. Hat auch funktioniert und jetzt fängts gerade auch noch an zu Blitzen und Gewittern. Livin on the Edge :fresse:

Startproblem ist aber leider immer noch vorhanden. Ich hab das mal genau beobachtet und glaube das der rechner nach der 20 sec Pause noch mal von alleine neu startet (Bild zuckt kurz) und es dann sofort funktioniert.

da der ASUS-Support hier im Forum wohl keine passende Antwort hat oder es noch nicht gesehen hat obwohl es schon länger da ist Frage ich hier mal...
Es handelt sich um das Deluxe

Ich habe ein Problem ich habe nach einem Neustart den Q-Code '99' bekommen.
Das System lief vorher ohne irgendwas geändert zu haben 2 Wochen stabil, nach dem ich dann den Q-Code bekommen habe und den Rechner dann ausgeschaltet habe hat meine Tastatur (G15 Refresh) weiterhin geläutet. Dieses leuchten war aber eher ein zittern als dauerhaft. Diese Phänomen tritt nur an den backside USB3 - Anschlüssen auf weder am front-USB, welche über die interne USB3 - Schnittstelle angeschlossen ist, noch am USB2 - Anschluss.
Nun habe ich die G15 erst mal am USB2 - Port angeschlossen

Nun frage ich mich wie das zusammen hängen kann und warum das erst jetzt auftritt?
BIOS ist das 1015'er.

habt ihr vllt. irgendwelche Ideen was das war?

Bei mir blieb das System beim Flashen unter Windows hängen (war kurz vor dem offiziellem Release). Ich denke AI Suite war noch nicht kompatibel mit dem Board. Das Board hat sich dann das Reparaturbios von der DVD geholt.

Keine Ahnung was in der .pdf steht, jedoch war dies bei meinem modifizierten Bios auch der Fall, da hab ich festgestellt das der Dateiname UND die Dateiendung .CAP mit Großbuchstaben geschrieben werden muss, sonst klappte das nicht (mit der Fehlermeldung keine Bios Datei).
 
Gibt es eigentlich mittlerweile eine möglichkeit seine 6950 wieder freizuschalten ?!

Läuft im XMP-Modus mit 2133 oder Manuell mit allen sonstigen verfügbaren Timings. Bis jetzt mit oder ohne Prime keine Bluescreen.
