Grundsätzlich sind alle LGA1155 Sandy-Bridge CPUs kompatibel zum ASUS P8Z77-V Deluxe. Wer jedoch seinen Prozzi möglichst weit übertakten möchte,
der kommt an einem Modell mit dem Zusatz "K" im Namen nicht vorbei. Denn auschliesslich diese lassen einen höheren "Turbomulti" zu. Modelle ohne "K"
besitzen einen festen maximalen "Turbomulti" und sind daher für OC ungeeignet, da der Referenztakt nur von 100MHz auf maximal 105-110MHz
erhöht werden kann (kommt sonst zu Instabilitäten!).

Wilkommen im Forum

Es gibt verschiedene Möglichkeiten das Bios zu aktualisieren. Es ist z.B. auch von Windows aus möglich. Im Handbuch ist genau beschrieben wie dies Funktioniert.
Hast du schon einen anderen Monitor und Kabel getestet?

Nein kann ich leider nicht probieren da ich keinen anderen Monitor habe und das kabel fest im Monitor verbaut ist. Normal auf dem Desktop und in Spielen funktioniert ja alles normal und ich sehe alles kann die Auflösung ändern und sowas nur halt im UEFI nicht. Dann muss ich mal das Update versuchen nun.

Update: Habe nun auf BIOS Version 1404 gepatcht aber keine Veränderung. Nicht das es doch am Monitor liegt :c

Moin,

ich habe ein Problem mit meinem P8Z77-V Deluxe. Ich habe eben meinen Rechner angeschaltet und bekam folgende Fehlermeldung:



Ich habe aber nichts über USB angeschlossen außer meine Tastatur und meine Maus. Diese funktionieren auch beide noch ohne Probleme.

Nun wollte ich Daten über Bluetooth an mein Handy senden und stelle fest das ich kein Bluetooth mehr habe.
Also Treiber deinstalliert und von hier die aktuellen geladen.

Dabei bekomme ich diesen Fehler:


Mittlerweile habe ich auch herausgefunden das am USB-Hub 3 Port 1 wirklich der Bluetooth-Adapter angesprochen wird.
Die Fehler bleiben auch wenn ich den Adapter im BIOS - deaktiviere...

W-LAN funktioniert weiterhin.
Ich habe auch schon versucht den Adapter über eine LIVE - Linux CD anzusprechen dort findet er aber nur Treiber für's W-LAN.


Mich wundert es nur das er auf einmal das Bluetooth - Modul nicht mehr findet. Habt ihr vielleicht eine Idee wie ich das Problem lösen kann?


EDIT: hier geht es weiter klick.
EDIT2: Edit: Problem gelöst einfach die BIOS-Batterie 30 Sec raus + Clear CMOS und nun wird es auch wieder als Bluetooth gerät erkannt und die Treiber funktionieren auch wieder

Verwendung älterer Thermalright Kühler

Hallo,
hat hier schon jemand auf dem P8Z77-V PRO einen älteren Thermalright Kühler per Bolt Through Kit montiert?
(In diesem Fall wäre das der Thermalright HR-01 mit diesem Adapter: Klick)
Funktioniert das? Oder hat das Board evtl. sogar Bohrungen für Sockel 775 Kühler?

Das Kit passt problemlos, ist ja im Prinzip das gleiche wie beim Archon und Silver Arrow (ohne SB-E).

Das 775er Montagematerial passt hingegen nicht, bei ASUS gibt nur die herkömmlichen 1155er Montagepunkte.

Mein P8Z77-V Pro startet einfach nicht mit G.Skill Ripjaws (ohne X) 1600 CL9 (G.Skill RipJaws DIMM Kit 8GB PC3-12800U CL9-9-9-24 (DDR3-1600) (F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL) Preisvergleich | Geizhals Deutschland) . Weder mit einem, noch mit 2 Modulen. Der RAM ist ok, auf einem P8Z68 läuft er problemlos. Gibt es einen Trick oder ist der RAM nicht kompatibel?

Hehe ich habe gerade ein ähnliches Problem. Habe mir Patriot Intel Extreme Masters besorgt und einer von zwei Riegeln funktioniert auf dem Board, der andere bzw beide gemeinsam aber nicht.
Bei dir aber vielleicht eh nicht schlecht Matze, roter RAM auf blauem Board geht ja mal gar nicht.
Auf meinem zweiten Mainboard, einem MSI Z77MA-G45 laufen beide problemlos.. so ein Mist. Das Asus ist scheinbar eine Speicherzicke.

Ich hab das BIOS einfach noch mal installiert, mit dem einen funktionierenden Riegel das XMP Profil geladen und jetzt geht auch der 2. Riegel.. weiß der Geier wieso. Bin trotzdem happy, der Speicher passt wunderbar zum Board.

Welches Tool ist denn zuverlässig um die Taktfrequenz anzuzeigen? Ich würde gerne rausbekommen, ob Speedstep funktioniert. Laut dem Asus CPU Frequency Tool takted die CPU (3770k auf Deluxe Board) auf 1,6GHz runter. CPU-Z dagegen erzählt mir zur gleichen Zeit 3,7GHz. Windows 8 Taskmanager meint dagegen 3,05-3,5GHz... Wem sollte man glauben?

Mein P8Z77-V Pro (Bios 1616) startet ums verrecken nicht mit DDR3-1600 RAM. Hab es mit G.Skill und Corsait versucht, aber es bootet nicht und die Memory LED leuchtet. Egal ob Timings manuell eingestellt oder XMP geladen, es bootet einfach nicht Hat jemand ne Idee?

Hab für einen Bekannten das Z77 V LX geholt. Interessanterweise startet es nicht hoch, wenn eine S-Ata 2 TB EARX Hdd angeschlossen ist. Es bleibt beim Bios Screen hängen. Hab auch schon alle Ports getestet, keine Chance. Bios ist auf dem aktuellsten Stand. In Google war ad hoc nix zu finden. Kennt jemand eine eventuelle Lösung?

Hatte ein ähnliches Phänomen mal mit einem AMD Board und einer Samsung F3 500 GB.. das Board blieb immer im POST Screen hängen.. schaffte es nicht die Platte zu initialisieren. An einem anderen Board machte die HDD keine Probleme.. Habe dafür leider keine Abhilfe finden können und nutze die Festplatte daher jetzt extern.

Edit: Hab die HDD mal fest auf 3 Gbit/s eingestellt, hat aber nix gebracht.

Dass so etwas nicht optimal ist, weiß ich... aber technisch möglich ist das?

ja kannst du. Beim Raid 5 ergibt sich bei 3 Platten dann eine Gesamtkapazität die 2x der kleinsten Platte entspricht, was unter Umständen eine ganze Menge Platz verschwenden kann...

Thema: Hot Plugging bei den eSATA-Ports (AsMedia 106x) - Deluxe

Ich habe an einem der beiden eSATA-Ports ein Sharkoon Quickdeck angeschlossen. An meinem alten P5K Deluxe war es auch dort angeschlossen. Da war es noch ein JMicron, beim P8Z77-V Dlx ist es ja nun ein AsMedia 106x der die beiden Ports befeuert.

Ich habe ein Problem mit Hot Plugging: Stecke ich eine HDD ins QuickDeck und schalte es ein, gibt es keine P&P-Hardwareerkennung. Auch nicht nach Neu-Einlesen der Datenträger in der Datenträgerverwaltung. Selbst das Trennen des eSATA-Kabels am QuickDeck hilft nicht. Es hilft nur unter den Tisch zu krabbeln und den eSATA-Stecker am Board selbst aus- und einzustecken. Dann wird das QuickDeck samt Inhalt erkannt. Trifft bei beiden Ports zu.

Hat jemand ähnliche Probleme? Den neuesten Treiber für den AsMedia habe ich von station-drivers installiert. Dort gibt es auch eine Firmware, in dem Archiv ist aber nur eine .BIN-Datei und ich will mir ungern den Controller ganz zerschießen.

Habe ein ein ganz anderes, komisches Problem: Wecke ich den PC aus dem Stand By auf meldet mir der Intel Rapid Storage Treiber das eine der Festplatte getrennt wurde. Wie kann ich das verhindern?

Seit dem neusten BIOS für's ASUS P8Z77-V wird der BCLK auf bis zu 50-70MHz gesenkt, was dann in Taktraten von 650MHZ-1200MHz resultiert. Kann das jemand bestätigen oder liegt CPU-Z falsch?!

Edit: Der Speicher taktet auch entsprechend runter!

Seit heute gibt es nämlich die Version 1708. Meinst Du die?

Bei dem neuen Bios 1709 (Deluxe) ist noch eine BRenamer.exe (USB Bios Flash?) dabei. Hat jemand schon das neue Bios geflasht und die exe ausgeführt?
Der Bios-Flash ging ohne Probleme. Beim Aufruf des Bios-Download wird noch eine AsusInstaller.exe angeboten, installiert die Akamai-Software.

Jap, ich meine das 1708er. Ich konnter vorher nie beobachten das sich im Idle auch der BCLK absenkt oder war das schon immer so gewollt?

Nach dem Flash auf 1709 ändert sich bei mir der Ratio, BCLK bleibt gleich. Das war auch vor dem 1709 bei mir so.

Ja, das erspart einem die manuelle Umbenennung der BIOS-Datei, wenn man die USB BIOS Flashback-Funktion nutzen möchte. Das musste ich, weil ich folgende Module des neuen BIOS 1708 aktualisiert habe:
1. Intel RAID ROM (von v11.0.0.1339 auf v11.6.0.1702)
2. Intel Accelerated SVGA BIOS ROM (von Build 2132 auf Build 2143)
Das Flashen des so "gemoddeten" BIOS lief völlig problemlos. Bisher habe ich auch im System keine Auffälligkeiten negativer Art festgestellt.
