Pre-swap set:
highest avg damage 2h weapon possible (doomhammer). NOT DPS. AVERAGE DAMAGE. It should be 1600+ with chd, socket, dex, life leech
Max CHD/Dex on gloves
Max CHD/Avg Damage on Rings+amulet
Max dex on all other gear
Post snapshot swap:AR, ASI, CC, Fastest weapon possible (balanced skain or azurewrath), enough hp to live.
4 piece innas highly recommended as this will make it FAR FAR easier to maintain sweeping winds
Basically build yourself like a CMWiz, tal chest, WH, Lacuni, etc.. It can be done without innas, not easy. You require 2.5+ aps. Sheet dps in post swap set doesn't matter, as a proper pre-swap set with a 1700ish avg damage hammer with 500ish chd from gear will make sweeping winds alone do something around 2-4mil(+++) dps.
Most use 4pc innas then swap inna belt to WH, and Inna helm to mempo/andy after engaging uber bosses etc. to help maintain sweeping winds. If SW drops, you restart the gear swap process.
This gives you SW tornados that hit like a truck as SW snapshot is based entirely off your AVG damage/CHD, and will spawn based off a 50% cc/2.5 aps due to azurewrath/white dagger with 20% IAS. If you have azurewrath it also procs freezes. 400k crits from tornados type damage.
