[Kaufberatung] Neuer PC, eure Hilfe ist gefragt

Naja ich denke da der basistakt ja schon höher ist und mit übertakten bin ich denke etwas Zukunftssicherer als mit dem xeon auch wenn da 400 MHz drinn sind wenn es klappt.

Sind 700 MHz spürbar nach oc?
 
Wenn Du diese Anzeige nicht sehen willst, registriere Dich und/oder logge Dich ein.
Wie weit wirkt das dann auf den Verbrauch aus? Bei 700 MHz?
 
der verbrauch steigt natürlich an, allerdings kommt es dabei auch auf die spannung an.
10-20% mehr vielleicht...
 
Ich würd mir bei den Haswells lieber Gedanken über die Kühlung machen ... lass mal die neueste LinX-Version mit AVX2 laufen und achte staunend auf die Temperaturen *G*

Und welches Board hast Du nun genommen? Den 4770K kann man eigentlich nur mit Z-Mainboards übertakten, aber letztens kamen ein paar BIOS-Versionen raus, die es auch auf anderen Boards ermöglichen, aber das ist etwas inoffiziell ... naja, kannst DU ja auch noch testen ^^

und schon wäre der doch Welten vor dem xeon oder irre ich mich da?
Das wären - falls das OC des Xeon geht - nur 300-500 MHz mehr, für mich keine "Welten", die den Aufpreis rechtferigen würden. Wenn Du die Kohle hast kannst Du Dir gerne den K-kaufen.

Vielleicht schaut Ihr mal drüber und sagt mir was ich evtl. noch verbessern könnte, das ist kein OC, also rein so wie es jetzt momentan ist. Werde schauen das ich noch Bios Screens Hochlade :)

rest ist gleich ... also von oben nach unten 7,8, 7,9, 7,9, 7,9 und gesamt dann 7,8 und nicht "NUR" 7,7 ...
 
die ssd war sicher beim ersten ganz frisch und recht leer und ist jetzt voller, oder?
 
Ne ist beides nach einer neuinstallation, das wundert mich bissl. Aber hab absolut keine Ahnung an was es liegt. Eure Ideen sind Willkommen, wie du hast 7,8 :) ich mach den heut Mittag einfach nochmal :)
 
erstmal vergiss den leistungsindex, der ist nun wirklich egal.

das ergebniss kann von unterschiedlichen energieeinstellungen z.b. kommen.
auch virenscanner beeinflussen gerne mal.
generell gilt aber: ssd nutzen statt benchen ;)

keine ahnung warum ... deine cpu müßte imo auch zumindest 7,8 haben

aber imo sind die zahlen eh quatsch ... 7,9 ist das höchste was man erreichen kann meine ich ... und grad bei cpu und gpu gibts schnelleres als meine i7-3770K oder gtx 670
 
Prime ist harmlos ... lass mal LinX aus meinen obigen Link laufen ... aber mach das nur unter Aufsicht *G*
(Ohne OC finde ich 68 Grad auch so schon ziemlich viel, das hat mein Nehalem @4 Ghz auch ^^)
Welchen Kühler hast DU da jetzt drauf?

Mit deinem Tool komm ich net klar, da sind zig Versionen drinnen und ich hab echt Null Ahnung wie und was ich in der Konsole nach dem starten eingeben muss. Also ohne Tutorial wird das wohl nichts. Könntest mir das erklären @ Opteron? Alternativ wäre ein anderer Kühler auch möglich, würde den wenn es was bringt auch tauschen. Sollte zw. 45 und 60€ liegen. Wakü ist zu teuer denke ich. 100 würde ich ja noch investieren, so würde Kühler wegfallen und ich hätte 150 für wakü, aber die andere frage ob ich dafür auch was vernünftiges bekomme. Das sollte dann auch für den nächsten Rechner reichen falls ich in wakü investiere.

Zu der SSD ist mir noch aufgefallen das Dateiformat beim ersten bench ist anders als beim zweiten, steht oben links unter der SSD. Muss irgendwie daran liegen. Die Cluster scheinen ok zu sein oder aligenment wie der Käse auch heißt.

Ist einfach: Geh in den "LinX v0.6.4 x64 Linpk v11.0.5" Ordner und starte die LinX.exe.

alignment passt auf jeden fall.
einmal zeigt er die firmware nicht komplett an.

ausserdem ist bei einem screen der intel ahci treiber installiert (iastore) und beim zweiten mal der microsoft eingene (msahci).
der intel treiber ist in benchmarks in der regel flotter.

Das siehste dann, wenn der Benchmark läuft ... wie schon früher geschrieben ärgern sich die Kühlerhersteller bei HAswell über schwer zu kontrollierende Hotspots ... ich hätt ne kleine Wakü genommen. Hab bei den Haswelltemps jetzt keinen Überblick, aber 68 Grad für Prime @stock klingen nicht soo prickelnd. Normalerweise hat Noctua ja topp Kühler .. aber bei Haswell ... hmmhhm wie besagt probiers mal aus.

Seltsam, irgendwie bricht es immer nach ca. 7 Minuten ab. Die Max Temp bei einem Kern lag bei 78°C

Hat wer eine Ahnung warum das immer scheitert?

Hab die Version auch mal ausprobiert, scheint buggy zu sein. Hab den Fehler auch. Dachte zuerst, dass läge vielleicht daran, dass die dort AVX2 hardkodiert drinstehen haben, was mein Chip nicht kann, aber wenn Du den Fehler auch hast ... vermute ich, dass die Version kaputt ist. Wundert mich dann nur, wieso das noch keinem früher aufgefallen ist ...

Stell mal die Problem-Size runter, auf 4000 oder so, da bricht er bei mir dann gleich nach ein paar Sekunden ab.

War der Chip schon übertaktet? Im Screenshot stehen 3,8 Ghz, oder war das nur ein Turbotakt?

Die Temps sind auf alel Fälle schon im dunkelroten Bereich, über 70 ist schon viel und über 75 wirds krass.

Mein Chip lief mal nem Nachmittag aus Versehen bei 80-83 Grad. Schön stabil, aber auf Dauer will ich das nicht haben.

Das war mit der Grund den Xeon zu nehmen, der taktet zwar nur auf 3,7, aber recht viel mehr bekommst Du sowieso nicht gekühlt. Einzige Möglichkeit wäre da den Chip zu köpfen und die interne Leitpaste auszutauschen.

Mann kann noch darüber streiten, inwiefern LinX praxisrelevant wäre, aber bei nem Profi-System mit VM-Einsatz würde ich den Chip nicht auf Kante fahren lassen. Lieber etwas langsamer, dafür stabil. Ein Haswell @3,7 GHz ist auf alle Fälle schnell genug. Ein paar 100 Mhz mehr oder weniger machen das Kraut nicht fett.

Wow, also der Xeon macht das nicht mit wie der I7 ^^
Genügend Leitpaste ist drauf (so wie es soll) und selbst den bekommt der Noctua net runter gekühlt. Ohne Turbo, da der irgendwie nicht anläuft, mit 3,500 würde sagen gleiche Wärme....

Bleibt mir nicht viel übrig würde ich sagen oder was meinst du Opteron ?

Wenn der sogar schon bei den 3,3 GHz-Standardtakt wärmer ist, wärs wirklich ne einfache Entscheidung.

Aber teste mal bitte noch das OC, ob das generell geht oder nicht. Egal wie wars wird ^^
In dem Fall hast Du mMn nur ein schlechtes Exemplar bekommen, wo die Kappe falsch sitzt, sollte intel ausstauschen, wenns zu warm wird.

Mich würde mal interessieren wie der Leistungsindex überhaupt berechnet wird..
Habe hier mti einen i5 4570 @ 3,2 Ghz 7,8 Punkte!
 
Habe jetzt wieder den I7 drinnen, habe den Kühler nochmal ganz ordentlich aufgesetzt und etwas mehr WLP drauf, hatte dann direkt nochmal ne Stunde Prime getestet und gestern 65°C gehabt. Recht konstant, werde das heute nochmal probieren sobald alles eingerichtet ist.

Das übertakten beim Xeon habe ich leider vergessen, aber das wäre in jedem Fall schief gegangen da die Kiste bis auf 92°C nochmal hoch ist bei 3 Kernen und ab da hab ich dann abgeschalten bevor der mir wegbrennt und das lediglich mit 3500 Mhz im Turbo. Also total Fail :)

Sobald der nächste Test durch ist, poste ich hier nochmal Screens.

Reklamier den dann aber richtig, dass er zu heiß wird, und nicht einfach zurückschicken, sonst bekommt den noch ein anderer ^^

:d ja definitiv keine Lust mehr, so oft wie ich da jetzt ein und ausgebaut habe und hin und her probiert ^^ der CPU ist denke ich Schrott, werde den wegen High Temps reklamieren und Geld zurück fordern. Ich bleibe beim i7, der läuft und läuft :)

Wie gesagt sobald ich dazu komme, nochmal die Screens von Prime. Jetzt erstmal alles installieren und konfigurieren *kotz*

Habe derzeit das Problem mit dem DVI Gedöns, hab 2 DVI Anschlüsse an der Graka, auf einem hab ich den Main Monitor und auf dem anderen sollte ein VGA Monitor mit Adapter auf DVI ran, aber das wird wohl nichts, ein Anschluss ist DVI-I und DVI-D .... leuchtet mir momentan kein bissl ein. Wenn ich die Main Monitor runter Stecke ist Bild weg und den zweiten kann ich nicht anstecken weil der mitgelieferte Adapter nicht passt. So ein Quark aber echt :d Jemand ne Lösung parat ?

Wenn Du jetzt nen 4770 hast, dann kannst Du auch die Intel Grafik nutzen also auch den Anschluss am Mainboard. Musst halt Treiber installieren. Erinnere mich aber dunkel, dass es da je nach OS Probleme geben kann.

Habe ich schon probiert, der erzählt mir dann was von ist nicht kompatibel mit der Graka, also totaler Quark :d Ich mag die an einen Graka haben, glaub muss vga zu hdmi oder so kaufen oder einfach gleich nen zweiten Monitor mit hdmi, vielleicht ist das die einfachste lösung ....
 
Lol, ja ein anderer Monitor wär ne einfache Lösung, aber auch ne teure ^^
Wobei ... nen VGA-Monitor könnte man schon mal ersetzen ...
 
:d naja da hab ich einfach Dokumente abgelegt, hab ja nen 24'' und eben der 17'' daneben. Wird nicht großartig genutzt daher hielt ich es bis jetzt nicht für nötig da einen neuen zu kaufen.

Also habe die Kiste nun nochmal 2 Stunden unter Vollast getestet und die Case Ventilatoren bissl versetzt für einen vernünftigen Airflow. Bis jetzt bin ich sehr zufrieden habe in diesem Zeitraum nicht mehr als 69° C, das war wirklich das Maximum bei einem Kern. Ich denke soweit passt das aber würde mir von euch gern noch Hilfe holen bezüglich der Kühlung, habe im Internet bei vielen gelesen das die selbst mit OC bei 55 °C max sind. Da muss ich was ändern wenn ich übertakten will.
