Tyranids:
- Health Synapse from the Warrior Brood Barbed Strangler upgrade has been removed.
- Melee Synapse from the Warrior Brood Adrenal Glands upgrade has been removed.
- Ranged Synapse from the Warrior Brood Venom Cannon upgrade has been removed.
- Rippers are no longer trainable.
- Hormagants cost increased to 300 Req. from 240.
- Hormagants have been "scaled up" to compete with other early game units.
- Hormegants have their movement speed reduced to match other early game units.
- Hormagants can now upgrade "Adrenal Glands" which increases thier movement speed
and gives them to ability to leap-attack enemies.
- Hormagaunts under Synapse can leap over map evironment.
- Termagants cost increased to 300 Req. from 240.
- Termagants have been "scaled up" to compete with other early game units.
- Termagants have their movement speed reduced to match other early game units.
- Termagants can upgrade "Toxin Sacs" which gives them the "Crippling Shot" ability.
"Crippling Shot" significantly reduces the movement speed for short period of time.
- Warrior Brood cost changed to 300/30 from 400/15.
- Warrior Brood damage reduced and they are less durable.
- Warrior Brood now has detection cababilities.
- Warrior Brood "Barbed Strangler" weapon has its range shortend but increased rate of
fire and projectile speed.
- Warrior Brood "Adrenal Glands" upgrade makes them more durable and significantly
increases their melee damage.
- Ravaner Brood available at Tier 1 for 400/45/12
- Ravaner Brood HP redcued to 1200 from 1350.
- Ravaner Broods have the "Burrow Strike" ability which lets them burrow into the
ground and after a short delay break to the surface at a designated area where the
cause disruption.
- Ravaner Broods can upgrade the"Enhanced Muscle Coil" at tier 2 which allows them to
burrow in to the ground permanently and cause disruption and stun when breaking to
the surface.
- Spore Mines have two diffrent explosions.
An instant explosion which causes disruption, stun and suppression.
A charged "Biomass Explosion" (5sec) which causes massive damage.
- Carnifex available at Tier 2 for 550/100/18.
- Carnifex can be upgraded with (and only with) Thornback Armor at Tier 3 for 100/50
which grants the ability to charge and spawn Rippers.
- Zoanthrope damage against vehicles reduced massively. (AI only now)
- Zoanthrope has knockback on its artillery blast.
- Zoanthrope "Warp Blast" damage reduced massively.
- Venom Brood - new unit, basicly a Warrior Brood euqipped with 3 Venom Cannons - available
at Tier 2 for 400 Req.
Their Venom Cannons are strictly AV weapons.
- Screamer Killer - new unit, basicly a carnifex with heavy ranged weaponary - available
at Tier 3.
It has a Barbed Strangler and can drop Sporemines.
The Barbed Strangler has been buffed significantly to act as a kind of soft artillery;
deals major damage to infantry and causes suppression, but no damage to vehicles.
- Screamer Killer can be upgraded with Venom Cannon including Bioplasma.
- Bioplasma has been adjusted to be more reliable and has its radius reduced.
- Lictor is available at Tier 3 and was buffed ("beefier").
- Lictor Venguard upgrade lets him cloak without the cost of energy.
Space Marines:
- Techmarine Master-Crafted Bolter available at Tier 1.
- Techmarine Consecrated Bolter available at Tier 2.
- Tachmarine "Brothers in Arms" (Consecrated Bolter) ability boni increased.
- Terminator Squad Req. and Zeal cost reduced.
- Scout squad movement speed increased.
- Scout squad Bolter damage increased.
- Scout squad Combat Shotgun AoE damage removed, on-point damage increased
(significantly at short range).
- Scout squad Combat Shotgun knockback chance removed.
- Scout squad Combat Shotgun has a new ability that knockbacks enemies.
- Tactical Marine Squads have heavy infantry armor.
- Tactical Marine Squad Flamer buffed.
- Devestator Heavy Bolter Squad Req. cost decreased and Power cost added.
- Devestator Heavy Bolter Squads have heavy infantry armor.
- Devestator Heavy Bolter Squad range, suppression and damage increased.
- Devestator Heavy Bolter Sqaud "Focus Fire" ability is capable of damaging vehicles.
- Assault Marine Squad cost increased to 500/50 from 550/25.
- Assault Marine Squads have heavy infantry armor.
- Assault Marine Squad "Melta Bombs" are reliable now.
- Devestator Plasma Squads have heavy infantry armor.
- Predator has an armor upgrade similar to the Razorback upgrade.
Ork:
- Kommando Nob Boom Time armor drops a stunbomb when he retreats instead of
triggering an explosion on death.
- Slugga Boyz cost increased to 300 Req. from 270.
- Slugga Boyz do more damage and are more durable.
- Slugga Boyz Nob Leader grants detection cababilities and is available at Tier 1.
- Shoota Boyz do more damage and are more durable.
- Shoota Boyz Big Shoota "Aiming? Wotz Dat?" ability is more relaiable.
- Stikkbommaz squad size increased to 4.
- Stikkbommaz Stikkbomb damage decreased.
- Stikkbommaz Stikkbomb ability range increased.
- Stikkbommaz Stikkbomb ability let them throw 2 Stikkbombs per man (8 total).
- Stormboyz do more damage and are more durable.
- Stormboyz use power weapons.
- Stormboyz break supression when using their rocket jump.
- Lootas can "Hide" when have set up their weapon.
- Deff Dread cost decreased ("half of a Dreadnought").
- Nob Squad cost decreased.
- Nob Squad Huge Choppaz (standard weapon) buffed.
- Nob Squad Frenzy ability now renders them invulnerable for its duration.
- Kommando Squad damage increased.
- Kommando Squad "Luv da Dakka" ability brings knock down to an entire area instead of a single squad/unit.
