Ich glaube es hängt am effektiven Durchsatz, nicht alleine an FSB oder Ramtakt. Zumindest mein Asus wollte nicht unter 62ns Latenz (AIDA), egal was ich eingestellt habe. Alles was nicht 1:1 ist kostet massiv Latenz, vielleicht geht deshalb mehr fsb?
Es wird nicht alleine am fsb oder RAM Takt hängen, die Kombination ist das Problem.
Dito bei den Alphatimings. Das dritte und letzte sind bei mir die fsb bremsen. Lockere ich die, komme ich über 265 bei cl3. Was ich an Alphas getestet habe ist hier dokumentiert:

Habe ich auch so beobachtet, 9/12 geht bei mir nur mit wenigen Riegeln. Weniger keine Chance. Manche schaffen am nf2 nichtmal 250 9/12 mit 13/15 geht das locker.Mit 2-2-2-5 7/13 ist die Grenze bei den AT-7.5 bei 259MHz. 9/13 geht dann 265MHz.
