Do they have this issues with the default BIOS? if yes, then something is probably wrong. The default (BIOS) romsips should work stable.
The problems should appear if you want to use this board with the common mod BIOSes. Some boards will work with the mod BIOSes but not all. That is why I still try to make a workable BIOS for this board. I guess, there will be AN7 boards, that won't run perfectly with my BIOSes as my boards do.
