We are working on increasing high speed rear stability. As far as sources of information most was on forums and general chit chat with cobra owners. The car will still generate a fair amount of rear lift, but not as much as it does currently. Front lift is also being increased to help reduce a bit of the over steer at high speed as before it was too low. We are trying to make these changes without hurting the feeling of the car at lower speeds.

For now please try to live with the current aero, it'll be fixed in the coming days along with a few fixes here and there.
The article is definitely wrong about top speed though. With that final ratio (3.54), the car did 136mph, the 165 mentioned in the article was possible with the longer optional differentials. We made all of them selectable, so select them accordingly to the track you're using. Also with the longer gears, it gets very slow off the line thanks to the state-of-the-1890s 4-speed NASCAR 'box.
About traction: the car is using modern street and performance tyres, the only era option available is the Vintage tyre. It has been pointed out by the devs that even a performance tyre from the '80s is now beaten by a modern street tyre, so take this also into account. The tests from the 60s were not done on modern Pirellis I believe so there must be some difference there as a result.
So all in all, things to be improved (imagine a known issue sticker here): rear lift, rear grip on S/C, throttle response.
