Allright, let´s try to explain our problem to you :)

Some people have problems with the fittings. Thats correct.
And what you said, that the o-ring is too little, might be correct.
I ordered the 13,3 and wondered why the o ring is so little. The metal of the fittings nearly touches the cooler, i think. So, i was a little confused ;)

Maybe you could help us out with the bigger o-rings.

I just tested my fittigs and i didn´t have problems with them. But i would feel much better if there were the bigger o-rings ;)

o-ring is big enought if you have good thread.

However I can send bigger o-ring with no problem.
 
The o-ring on the 13.3 is rather small, yes. But it can be easily fixed with some teflon tape in no time.
The o-ring of the 14mm fittings is perfect, much bigger and a really nice seal even without the tape ;)
 
The o-ring installed in fitting is for the reason we do not need to use teflon tape never again...

how much are the bigger O-rings if you´d send it to me?
I´m quite interested in the new ones cause im not a real friend of that teflon thing ;)

The o-rings are cheap. One piece costs 0,07 Eur.

Because if using 13,3 barbs the thread hole has to have cutted edges a little bit more so the o-ring could contact the surface.
One option is to use thicker O-rings, which I can supply.

I had the same Problem with 5 of 12 piece with the 13.3 Fittings , after change @ thicker Alphacool O-Rings its already ok now :bigok:

So nun mal eine positive Nachricht ;)

Tüllen sind am Freitag laut Eddy in Frankfurt angekommen!
Ausgeliefert wird mit GLS.

Mit ein wenig Glück hat dann die hälfte der Besteller diese Woche noch seine Tüllen!!!!!!!
