Technik der neuen Lynnfield-Modelle (Quelle: PCGH):

"Der i7-860 verfügt wie der i7-920 auch über vier physische und dank SMT (Simultaneous Multi Threading) vier virtuelle Kerne , muss aber auf das Triple-Channel-Speicherinterface und die QPI-Verbindung zum restlichen System verzichten. Stattdessen arbeitet der integrierte DDR3-Speichercontroller (IMC) des Lynnfield mit zwei Speicherkanälen und der DMI (Direct Media Interface) genannten Verbindung, welche nur 2,13 statt 2,4 (i7-920) respektive 3,2 GHz (i7-940 bis i7-975 XE) erreicht, darüberhinaus ist die CPU nicht Multi-Sockel-tauglich. Allerdings verfügen Lynnfield-Prozessoren über einen integrierten PCI-Express-Controller.

Ein weiterer Unterschied betrifft den Uncore-Bereich (L3-Cache und Speichercontroller): Beträgt der Uncore-Takt (UCLK) des Bloomfields mindestens das vierfache des DDR3-Speichers (bei DDR3-1333 beispielsweise 2.666 MHz) und kann per Multiplikator erhöht werden, ist der UCLK beim Lynnfield auf 2.400 MHz festgesetzt - es sei denn, Sie übertakten den Referenztakt (BCLK). Die Taktfrequenz des i7-860 beträgt 2,8 GHz (133 x 21) und erreicht per Turbomode bis zu3,46 GHz, der Lynnfield übertaktet sich also selbständig um bis zu fünf Multiplikatorschritte.

Der Intel Core i5-750 entspricht dem i7-860, taktet aber wie der i7-920 mit nur 2,67 GHz und muss zudem auf SMT verzichten - dafür dreht er per Turbomode auf bis zu 3,2 GHz (vier Multiplikatorschritte) hoch."

3.Overclocking

3.1.Vorwort

Der Vollständigkeit halber sei hier darauf hingeweisen, dass durch OCing die Garantie eurer CPU und/oder eures Mainboards erlöschen kann.
Für jedwede Folgen des OCing zeichnet also jede(r) einzelne selbst verantwortlich!

Zudem solltet ihr entweder bereits mit OCing vertraut sein oder euch - bevor ihr hier Fragen postet - bitte ein wenig damit vertraut machen.

Auch ein Blick in den Sammelthread eures Mainboards - sofern schon existent - ist möglich.

3.2.Regelübersicht

- Der i7 muss mit eingeschaltetem Hyperthreading (HT) betrieben werden, beim i5 wird es SMT nicht geben.
- Stabilitäts-Check über 1,5 Stunden (Echtzeit) mit Prime95 - je nach Prozessortyp muss dann also das Produkt aus dieser Zeit und der Anzahl der Threads in Prime im Task-Manager erscheinen!
=> Prime als "Custom" laufen lassen und mit "Run FFTs in-place":

- In Prime müssen alle erforderlichen Threads grün sein, alle diese Threads müssen sichtbar sein.
- Anzeige von CPU-Z, Pflicht sind hier die Registerkarten "CPU" , "Memory" und "Mainboard" - alle Registerkarten müssen vollständig zu sehen sein!
- Task-Manager mit CPU-Auslastung, Speicherauslastung und CPU-Zeit (Ansicht -> Spalten auswählen -> Haken bei CPU-Zeit) => CPU-Zeit muss wenigstens 12h betragen (siehe oben)!
- Temperaturanzeige eurer CPU, entweder über CoreTemp, Everest oder RealTemp
- Davon einen Beweisscreen und das ganze z.B. bei abload.de hochladen und die Thumbnail hier posten

- Ergebnis in folgender Formatierung posten:

CPU | MHz | Vcore | Multi | BCLK | DDR3-Ramtakt | TurboMOD | Mainboard | Kühlung | Batch | Boxed/Tray | VID | Username

- entspricht das Posting nicht den Anforderungen, wird es nicht in die Liste eingetragen. Nachkommastellen werden ab der "6" nach dem Komma aufgerundet; in das Format des Postings gehören nur ganze Zahlen! Dies gilt nur für die Taktraten der BCLK, des RAM etc.; die VCore wird natürlich mit drei Nachkommastellen angegeben!
- bei Postings mit gleicher Batch und gleichem Mainboard wird pro User nur das beste Ergebnis in die jeweilige Liste eingetragen
- Das Ranking erfolgt nach MHz der CPU - höchste zuerst
- bei gleichem Zahlen entscheidet der Ram-Takt - sollte dieser ebenfalls gleich sein, dann steht der User mit dem früheren Posting vor den folgenden Usern
- für die 24/7er Liste werden analog den Regeln des LGA1366-OC-Threads mindestens 4h Prime erforderlich sein - eine optionale LinX-Liste wird es evtl. bald geben.

Die LinX-Liste

Regeln für die LinX-Liste

• Es müssen die drei CPU-Z Reiter "CPU", "Mainboard" und "Memory" vollständig zu sehen sein
• Der Windows-Taskmanager muss mit dem Reiter "Leistung" vollständig zu sehen sein
• RealTemp muss vollständig zu sehen sein und alle Kerne anzeigen
• Bei allen CPUs ist - sofern möglich - HT/SMT zwingend einzuschalten
• LinX öffnen, oben rechts 50 runs (times) wählen
• LinX einmal kurz starten, anhalten und dann oben "Memory (MiB)" auf "All" klicken, damit möglichst viel RAM von LinX genutzt wird
• Minimum sind 25 erfolgreich absolvierte Runs => der Screenshot darf also frühestens während des 26sten Runs gemacht werden
• Screenshot machen, so dass alles zu sehen ist und dann in folgendem Format posten:

Habs ja schon im vorigen Thread glaube zwei Mal angesprochen gehabt, aber leider wurde es nicht geändert. Und zwar ging es darum, dass ich ja anfangs - warum auch immer - bei dem i7 860 in der "Turbo on" Liste drin stand, wobei das aber falsch war. Dann war es irgendwann so, dass auf einmal zwei Listen mit "i7 860 Turbo off" da waren ( wieso? ) wo auch nur zwei Ergebnisse ( patrick171 und ich ) drinstehen. Kann man das nicht mal zusammenfügen mit der großen i7 860 "Turbo off" Liste?

Wobei da eh was nicht stimmt. Bei Multi 22x und dem 860 ist der Turbo aus. Dann bekommt man den 22 Multiplikator freigeschaltet ... ist ggf. also auch Turbo off.

Ist zwar nur Prime + XP 32 ,aber Dein Clarkie scheint wirklich gut zu sein.

Mein 655K benötigt für 4100Mhz@1.24v + 4400Mhz @1.34v Win 7 x64, LinX 64.

Was mußt Du an VTT Spannung geben bei @4600Mhz??

Wenn Du mich meinst Troll nix is Auto @ 1,297V ... teste gerade die 215 BLCK und selbst das scheint auf Auto VTT und PLL 1,8V zulaufen

Das geht ja noch,bin bei 1.20v VTT bei 4400Mhz.

Würde es aber nicht übertreiben,wäre zu schade wenn Dein Core i3 das zeitliche segnen würde

So eine "hohe" default VTT Spannung...

Stelle gerade fest,das die neuste Prime Version einen BSOD produziert....

Prime scheint besser geworden zu sein...

War klar wie Gloßbrühe das ich noch nicht durch bin.
