About the s939 frequecy records, so far I found this score: 4208MHz (FX-57)

Afaik this is the current record since 2006. Stunny, Gianni-get and knopflerbruce tried to break it, but didn’t.

Deshalb fragte ich ja, was Sparksnl mit der CPU macht. Ich hätte die einfach wieder angelötet.

New PI 1M score and Geekbench 3 score.

Besides that my WPrime score improved so now it is Nr.1.
Sorry @knopflerbruce, I did not see it coming that I was 4s faster this time... (running the same clocks)

Bin gerade noch dabei herauszufinden, wieso meine Performance bei wPrime so schlecht ist. Ein paar Stunden hab ich noch.
Leider laufen sowohl der FX-60 als auch mein Opteron 152 nur ca. 3400MHz bei allen benchmarks.

Ja, theoretisch sollte es darauf schneller laufen. Ist aber sogar ein frisches Win7, der Score ist dennoch über 2s zu langsam.
Komme bei 3400MHz nur auf 26.x Sekunden.

Werd’s jetzt mal unter WinXP testen.

I don’t think anybody can beat your Geekbench/1M scores. At least not in the remaining time. It’s hard to find a CPU capable of 3.5G+

I have a couple of 3.4G chips here but nothing above.

Edit: I noticed GB3 takes a lot to run stable.
Edit 2: the only higher score so far I found for A64.,

Ja. Leider hat auch die ein oder andere gute CPU einfach einen sehr hohen Cold bug.

Werd nachher ggf. nen Opteron 148 0547 GPMW unter Wasser testen. Aber außerhalb der competition.
Gestern nach beide Windows Installationen kaputt gebencht und jetzt zickt das DFI beim installieren. Eine der SSDs wird nicht mal mehr erkannt.
Glaub der SATA Controller hat einen abbekommen.

Nachdem ich mich bis 14 Uhr (also nach Ende der Competition) mit Windows bzw dem DFI rumgeärgert habe (musste dann letztlich Windows immer mit einem anderen PC installieren und die SSD umstecken) hier trotzdem mal das, was drin gewesen wäre:

SuperPi 1M 24.266s
Opteron 152 bei 3473Mhz, 267MHz 2-2-2-5





Geekbench3 1542 Punkte
FX-60 3435MHz, 245MHz 2-2-2-5


Falscher Screen seh ich gerade. Aber die 1542 gabs auch.



wPrime 32M 22.953s
FX-60 3427MHz, 245MHz 2-2-2-5




Tatsächlich war wPrime auf einmal doch ganz ok. Bin mir nicht ganz sicher, woran es lag.
Hat aber auch wenn ich ein paar Stunden zu spät bin im Nachhinein schon Spaß gemacht.
Mal schauen, ob ich mich heute Abend noch ein wenig S775 widme, nachdem schon alles aufgebaut und eingestellt ist.

Ich hab letzte Woche noch einen 4000+ KAB1E 0629MPMW bekommen, bin mal gespannt, ob der sich ähnlich 0626FPMW schlägt.

0629EPMW kommt nicht ganz an 0626FPMW ran, aber ist trotzdem noch deutlich besser als die normalen.

KAB1E 0631GPCW seems to be doing Ok for me as well (3.3-3.4GHz on air).
Edit: CAB1E 0621EPMW runs great. So far all CAB1E 0604CPAW did a 3GHz boot with some effort (Nothing special so far).

It is the 68W version of the Opteron 254 (2.8GHz). So 3GHz should be easy I guess.

Allgemein 0516 WPMW war DAS ! Stepping für alle FX-55 und FX-57. Minimale Verschiedenheiten, aber eine sehr hohe Chance auf 3,5 GHz bei SubZero.
