Windows verschönern: Übersicht der Shellpack-Installer

Hi,

laut Download wird SP2 leider noch nicht unterstützt. Ich habe zwar selber keine Erfahrung mit Vista und Vista OS X '09, aber ich gehe stark davon aus, dass es mit SP2 nicht mehr funktioniert. Von daher wird es eventuell noch ein Update geben.

Aber vielleicht gibt es ja noch Vista-Nutzer hier, die es mal probiert haben. :)

Hmm, hab mir grad soeben das Isso Pack 5 Final Installiert.

Als ich mir dann das Win7 Style ausgewehlt habe, und es beim Instalieren war,
gab es 2x ne Meldung von meinem AntiVir mit nem Virus Fund.
Hab die 2 Datein natürlich gelöscht, hoffe das sich da nicht noch mehr versteckt... :hail:

Naja, AntiVir haut ja ganz gerne mal einen Fehl-Alarm raus. Ich glaube weniger, dass in diesem Fall ein Virus dahinter steckt. :)

Hi,

richtige Shellpacks gibt es für Windows 7 noch nicht... zumindest ist mir bisher nichts untergekommen. Allerdings gibt es zahlreiche Visual Styles.

Ist eigentlich noch was aus dieser Cairo-Shell geworden ? Die sollte ja so umwerfend sein..

edit: Die von Dir verlinkten sind ja eher mässig hübsch.. ich würde mich freuen, wenn dieses "NeXTLevel" von Vathanx mal portiert werden würde..

Gut, dass Du mich auf die Cairo-Shell ansprichst - die hätte ich fast wieder vergessen.

  • Not all tray icons will appear in the Cairo system tray area.
  • Newly installed or uninstalled programs may or may not show up in the AppGrabber until Cairo is restarted.
  • Many items are incomplete in this build.
  • Disabling and re-enabling the Desktop feature without restarting Cairo causes duplicate icons. Restarting Cairo fixes the problem.

Scheint aber recht unausgereift zu sein, nach dem was ich so im offiziellen Forum lese, also das Multi-Desktop-Feature ist noch nicht drin, und so einiges anderes ist auch noch nicht ganz da. Also eher was für die Bastelfreunde, nicht diejenigen, die ihren Arbeitsfluss optimieren wollen ^^

Ich wollte eigentlich meine Vista 64bit-Version mit dem Mac OS Leopard-Style ein bischen aufhübschen..

Nur.. Ich kann leider nicht herausbekommen wo man so etwas downloaden kann.. Mit Google gibts' nur Suchergebnisse die nichts taugen..

Wißt Ihr vielleicht Rat und könnt mir weiterhelfen?

Für Vista gibt es das Pack Vista OS X 2009 (Hersteller-Seite funktioniert zur Zeit nicht).

Frage: So ein Shell Style Prog. wird aber nicht von Punkbuster als Hack/Cheat erkannt? Ich hatte sowas vor Jahren mal gelesen :rolleyes:

das sollte bei so einem Shellpack eigentlich nicht vorkommen. Jedenfalls sehe ich da nicht annähernd einen Zusammenhang.

Gibt es eigentlich eine Möglichkeit Trayicons zuverändern ? Oder einfach gleich die ganze Taskbar verändern oder ersetzen?
 
Hi,

welche Tray-Icons meinst Du denn speziell? Die Icons sind ja meistens die Icons der Programme selbst. Die kann man (meistens) mit dem Reshacker austauschen.

Die Taskbar gehört ja zum "Visual Style" und diesen kann man auch mit dem Reshacker bearbeiten.
 
hi, ich find den original win2k look am schönsten. aber auf win2k läuft ja nix mehr und nur wegen dem look will ich mir net so ein altes os raufhauen. kennt vielleicht jemand so ein transformationspaket? für xp thx

mir ist jedenfalls so ein Pack nicht bekannt. Aber Du könntest für die Fenster-Darstellung ja das klassische Design benutzen (wenn Du es nicht bereits verwendest).

danke ja das benutz ich. ich weiß dass ein paar symbole von xp in der shell32.dll drin sind. aber obs noch eine gibt??
edit: ich war wieder blöd. ist zwar nicht so komfortabel, aber ich hab nach etwas suchen ein programm gefunden. replacer heisst es und damit kann ich modifizierte dateien die grade benutzt werden trotzdem austauschen. und zum modifizieren hab ich reshacker. ^^
