OCZ would like to provide an update to all our customers regarding the BSOD issue. We can once again confirm that the hardware issues causing problems on other manufacturers are not present in our proprietary design. While the BSOD issues continues to affect a very small percentage of our customers OCZ has been able to replicate the issue and have isolated it to the Intel RST driver. OCZ has continued to run testing and analysis that leads us to believe that the Intel driver is causing these problems, in addition we have been able to replicate the issues on a wide range of drives including SandForce based drives as well as other branded drives utilizing a number of different controllers. We advise any customers that have experienced the BSOD issue to immediately switch to the Microsoft driver. Through OCZ and SandForce testing with the Microsoft driver we have been unable to replicate the issue, and we are continuing to run additional testing on all platforms.
