A known problem with Xbox One Controller in bluetooth mode. FPS "max" drops by about 30% when you move the analog stick (or another input) on the controller.
Problem may not be apparent if you are limiting FPS with "Vsync" or "RTSS scanline sync" or FPS limiter.
Problem has been reported for years now (you can do a search on google and see), and has happened on windows 10 and 11. There has been rumor this is a problem with the windows bluetooth drivers, but i do not know.
Some people said it still happens on Series X, but I don't have a Series X controller.
I solved the problem by buying the official Microsoft Wireless Adapter.
