This is a message regarding one of your payments for World of Tanks
services. According to BillingPartner's logs you have an unsolved
dispute situation going on with your bank and BillingPartner. The
in-game currency (gold credits) for your payment had been successfully
added to your game account, however our partner had not received the
funds because the payment was charged back (reversed). The possible
reasons for this issue are as follows:
- a technical problem whilst setting up the payment processing
- differences in banking regulations between certain countries
- an error during specifying transaction data (such as transaction ID)
- the chosen payment method may have been not included in your contract,
or not provided by your bank
- a manual rollback of the payment by you
Unfortunately regardless of the reason the result is the same. For the
described above reason we were forced to suspend your account until
the issue is resolved. In order to continue playing World of Tanks you
are to sort the matter with BillingPartner and your bank.
Once the resolution is confirmed to be successful, please notify
us. We will then unblock your game account.
